What's difference between web design and web development? That's like asking what's the difference between chocolate teapot and the real thing? The former looks pretty but is pretty useless when it comes doing anything useful.

Is your website a glorified brochure or does it do what a visitor would expect?

• if you run a hotel can a room be booked or availability checked?
• if you run a driving school can someone book a lesson?
• if you run a shop can someone buy product, check its in stock or even reserve for collection?
